Our People
Eduardo has 40+ years of accounting experience in executive assignments
with local corporations, colleges,and private accounting firms including
Matson Navigation Company, Varian Associates, the University of
California, New College of California, Mexican American Legal Defense
and Educational Fund and Sainz, Vargas & Company, CPA's.

Our History
EHC realized that to continue growing in his career, it was necessary
to jump into the public accounting side. Thus in 1981 he acquired
from a retiring CPA a firm that specialized in accounting and data
processing services forseeing the potential that such specialization
would provide in the future for small and medium size businesses
and individuals.

Our Credentials
EHC received his BS in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
He also received an MBA in Management from the same institution.
Eduardo is an active member to the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public
Accountants, as well as the Hayward Chamber of Commerce. He has
also held leadership posts with major humanitarian organizations.
